At Fort Vigil the squad regroups with the quartermaster — until an Armored Brumak breaks in. Most of the chapter is a running fight through the fort, its ticket hall and gift shop. 3 collectibles, 5 Hard Cases and 1 supply cache.

Fort Vigil
- Head into the fort to meet with the quartermaster. On the way in, the hallway on the left leads to Hard Case 1 by the stairs; Hard Case 2 is near the ticket area, and Hard Case 3 is behind the quartermaster’s platform.
- In the camp, check the crashed van in the corner for the Commander’s Letter Home (collectible 1) and the garden wall on the right for the Torn Flag of Tyrus (collectible 2).
Boss: Armored Brumak
- An Armored Brumak smashes into the fort, and the objective becomes Kill the Brumak — first by chasing it through the fort, then by fighting off the Locust that come with it.
- How to beat it:
- Its armour soaks up damage. Shoot the glowing weak spots on its body; once a plate breaks, keep firing at the exposed area.
- Stay at range and keep solid cover between you — its long-range attacks punish anyone standing in the open.
- Heavy weapons and the Gut-Puncher do the most damage. Clear the smaller Locust when they show up so you aren’t flanked while you focus the Brumak.
- The chase runs through the gift shop: head straight up to the upper level for the Morith Harbor Snow Globe (collectible 3), grab Hard Case 5 on the right of the balcony, and use the supply cache inside. Hard Case 4 is down the path to the left, by the tower lights, just before the shop.
- Bringing the Brumak down ends Act 3.
